Chamomile (STABILITY)

Even on a cloudy day, the sun is shining; it is just obscured. Chamomile reminds you that even when faced with challenges and difficulties, your soul’s warmth, serenity, and equanimity is always present within, soothing and calming, helping you to weather any storm in a relaxed, harmonious state.

Every single one of us has our own micro storms raging within as well as around us. Our own stories and dramas, which impact our lives and which are reflected in and contribute to the collective.

This is where Chamomile really works her magic. She is the calm in the eye of the storm and she is the sun hiding behind the scary, dark clouds. She reminds us that we each have our own processes for understanding, self-acceptance, and ultimately, for coming together personally and collectively—stabilizing.

We can’t control the perceived chaos and turmoil of life on our planet without destroying it. But we can remember to tap into our power within, our calm center of presence so that when the storm eventually subsides, we can celebrate, honor and respect our innate strength, power and resilience.
