Private Rest & Restore

Let the garden hold space for you to simply BE for a while. Nature is an extraordinary healer. You really don’t have to DO anything, just be open to the peace, grace and love available to you. 

I will greet you when you arrive and help you get grounded and present and then you are free to let your body and heart guide your private garden time. There will be tea and light refreshments available, art supplies for journaling or drawing, blankets for spreading on the ground for napping or picnicking, and paths to explore if you desire to simply wander quietly on your own. Mostly there will be quiet and space for you to rest & restore.

Come dressed comfortably for the outdoors. Bring a water bottle, sunscreen and natural bug repellent and whatever you need to be comfortable. Most importantly, bring your loving, curious and wise heart. 

There is an $11 booking fee for your private hour (or so) of Sanctuary Garden time. Once here you will find an abundance blessing basket with gifts from the garden for you and an invitation for you to leave a financial donation or a gift in return. Nature is abundant and generous and you will always receive more than you give.
